Read carefully the list of activities that will not only make you healthy and wealthy, you will also create discipline, persistence, take action, improve your self-image and confidence  and get results you love and desire!  And.....do not cheat, the only person you would cheat is YOU! Enjoy the challenge, it is fun and improves your life tremendously! When you complete 30 days, I suggest you choose to carry on this fabulous lifestyle!

Now, be honest with yourself and push yourself to the maximum while completing each challenge. The more energy and persistence you put in it, the better results you get.

I challenge you not to cross the day unless you complete 7 tasks.

PS. I personally made a decision to go back to day ONE, should I fail to complete a day! I love taking the extra mile in things I do!!!
